Synopsis:


When small-town girl Judy Ross wins a scholarship to State University, she joins the campus glee club and instantly becomes its star vocalist. With encouragement from fellow student Johnny Evans and reluctant support from stern Coach Alton, Judy leads the club through spirited rehearsals and spirited campus hijinks—from impromptu serenades in the quad to a big halftime show at the football game. Along the way she juggles study, song, and a blossoming romance with Johnny, proving that a little star power can unite a whole school behind its team.
