Synopsis:
Eddie Nolan, a hot-headed New York youth, is sentenced to reform school after a series of petty crimes. Under the stern but fair supervision of Superintendent Morgan, he clashes with fellow inmates but slowly learns responsibility through baseball and a budding friendship with Margie Sands, a social worker. When a prison riot breaks out, Eddie uses his street smarts to protect weaker boys, earning respect and a chance at parole. Upon release, he vows to turn his life around with Margie’s support.
